At AA Taxis we believe your holiday starts the moment our driver arrives to take you to the airport. Our drivers are smartly dressed, knowledgeable and there to help.
Our service means that you will travel in comfort and arrive at your destination relaxed and ready to enjoy the rest of your holiday.

Our comprehensive ‘Meet and Greet’ service gives you peace of mind.  You can be certain that when you arrive back in the country, our driver will be there to meet you inside the terminal building, to assist you with your luggage.  All drivers have AA Taxi name boards.

We offer competitive pricing – the amount we quote is the total price you will pay. We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Payment can be made in cash or by card at the time of travel, or in advance.

Prices may differ for travel’s between 10pm-6am, and Sundays. On all other UK Public Holidays, charges will be more than the usual price. 

We charge the same price for your journey to the Airports, as on your return home. except that on return journeys, car parking charges may apply. We check incoming flight details before dispatching drivers, in order to ensure waiting time and car parking charges are kept to a minimum.

Pickup Procedure from Outside the Airport Terminal.

We advise regular users of the London airports that being picked up outside is cheaper due no parking cost  being added to the fare. We advise occasional airport users, that  our Meet and Greet Service may be more suitable for their needs, as it might be difficult to navigate around the airports.

Outside Terminal pickups Procedure:

Heathrow

Terminal 1 – Upstairs outside departures wait in 2nd lane and the driver will call/text you with his vehicle details.
Terminal 3 – Outside departures wait by Valet parking cabin and the driver will call/text you with his vehicle details.
Terminal 4 – Upstairs outside departures wait by Valet parking cabin and the driver will call/text you with his vehicle details.
Terminal 5 – Upstairs outside departures wait by door 21 and the driver will call/text you with his vehicle details.

Gatwick

North Terminal – Wait downstairs outside’ Departures’ and the driver will call/text you with his vehicle details.
South Terminal – Wait downstairs outside ‘Departures’ and the driver will call/text you with his vehicle details.

Meet and Greet Service

For the Meet and Greet Service please go to the Airport Information Desk in your terminal unless instructed to go to another meeting points. The driver will be holding a name board with your name on it.
Our drivers will arrive at the pick up point in the terminal, 10/20 mins after flight has landed for local flights and 30/45 mins for  international flights.
You are allowed up to 1 hour of free waiting time after the driver parks up at the terminal. We will do our very best to avoid waiting time charges.
